Where does the time go?

Has been some time since my last entry....glad to see the space hasn't been deleted. I wonder how people are able to maintain or manage all of the different social networking tools they use....doesn't it seem redundant? Twitter, Facebook, GMAIL, Blogger, Wikispaces...
